`GET /api/search/{team_key}/fts`

Search across indexed content using hybrid search.

## Path parameters

- `team_key` string, required

- `q` string, required: Search query string
- `domains` string[]: Optional domain filter: 'kb', 'psa'. 'insights' requires team admin and is otherwise ignored.

- `rerank` boolean: Enable LLM-based reranking
