`GET /api/mesh/{team_key}/screenshots/{screenshot_key}/url`

Successful Response

- ScreenshotUrls: Re-signed view URLs for a single screenshot (refresh route). Snake_case keys are part of the wire contract — the chat UI reads `thumb_url` directly (see RemoteImage.tsx).
