`GET /api/identity/teams/{team_key}/ai-agent`

Get effective team AI agent settings.

Any team member may read, but ``llm_instructions`` is operational
context an MSP (or the client's own admin) writes about the client —
end-user roles get everything except that field (SUP-747 / I-2).

  - `managedByTeamName` string, nullable
  - `language` 'en-AU' | 'en-US', required: Supported team languages (locale codes stored on identity.team).
  - `llmInstructions` string, nullable
