`GET /api/billing/{team_key}/usage`

Successful Response

- BillingUsageResponse: Total-usage card detail for one billing cycle. ``included_usage_dollars`` is ``None`` for a calendar-fallback cycle (no real subscription, nothing to compare against) — categories are still real counts either way, since usage happens regardless of subscription state. Costs and ``included_usage_dollars`` share the plan's currency (see ``billing.pricing``), so no currency field is carried.
