`POST /api/analysis/{team_key}/jobs/insight-consolidation`

- StartInsightJobRequest
  - `date_filter_months` integer: Include analyses from last N months
  - `date_from` string, date-time, nullable: Only include analyses for tickets on/after this time
  - `date_to` string, date-time, nullable: Only include analyses for tickets on/before this time
