# Share a recording with the workspace

`PUT /recordings/{public_id}/workspace-access`

## Request

Works with: Personal token

Lets everyone in the workspace view a recording or have full access to it, or stops sharing it with the workspace. People and teams it is shared with individually keep their access, and the setting covers every version of the recording.

    - `workspace_access` 'VIEW' | 'EDIT' | 'FULL_ACCESS', nullable, required: What everyone in the workspace can do with the recording ("General access"), or null when it is not shared with the workspace.
