## Response `200`

Tenant-scoped incident list including statusLabel (the user-facing status: Triggered, Acknowledged, Investigating, Fixing, Monitoring or Resolved; status stays the stored value), assigneeUserId, acknowledgedAt, acknowledgedByUserId, commanderUserId, mitigatedAt and resolutionSummary

- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Insufficient permission
