# Create a label

`POST /labels`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.superchat.com/v1.0`
- URL: `https://api.superchat.com/v1.0/labels`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-KEY`

Creates a conversation label for a workspace.

## Request body

- PACreateConversationLabelDTO
  - `name` string, required: The name of the label
  - `color` string, required: The hex color of the label
  - `folder_id` string, nullable: The ID of the folder the label should be created in

## Response `200`

OK

- PAConversationLabelDTO
  - `id` string, required: The ID of the label
  - `name` string, required: The name of the label
  - `color` string, required: The hex color of the label
  - `folder_id` string, nullable: The ID of the folder containing the label
  - `url` string: The URL of the label resource

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not Found
- `500`: Internal Server Error
