# Get Preferences

`GET /me/preferences`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sumvid.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

The account's saved defaults. `summary_language` is the language
POST /summarize writes in when the request omits `language` (null =
English), shared by every client of this account.
