# List Languages

`GET /languages`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sumvid.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.sumvid.app/languages`
- Auth: none declared

The languages POST /summarize accepts (code + English display name) — the
universe YouTube can caption or auto-translate into. Static and the same for
every video, so the frontend fetches this once to build its language picker
and sends a chosen `code` back as the request's `language`. Public, no auth;
cached hard since the set rarely changes.
