# Get the status of an async job.

`GET /v1/lookupTables/jobs/{jobId}/status`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.au.sumologic.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.au.sumologic.com/api/v1/lookupTables/jobs/{jobId}/status`
- Auth: HTTP basic

Retrieve the status of a previously made request. If the request was successful, the status of the response object will be `Success`.

## Path parameters

- `jobId` string, required

## Response `200`

The status of async job with given identifier.

- LookupAsyncJobStatus: Lookup table async job status.
  - `jobId` string, required: An identifier returned in response to an asynchronous request.
  - `status` string, required: Whether or not the request is pending (`Pending`), in progress (`InProgress`), has completed successfully (`Success`), has completed partially with warnings (`PartialSuccess`) or has completed with an error (`Failed`).
  - `statusMessages` string[]: Additional status messages generated if any if the status is `Success`.
  - `errors` ErrorDescription[]: More information about the failures, if the status is `Failed`.
    - `code` string, required: An error code describing the type of error.
    - `message` string, required: A short English-language description of the error.
    - `detail` string: An optional fuller English-language description of the error.
    - `meta` object: An optional list of metadata about the error.
  - `warnings` WarningDescription[]: More information about the warnings, if the status is `PartialSuccess`.
    - `message` string, required: Description of the warning.
    - `cause` string: An optional cause of this warning.
  - `lookupContentId` string, required: Content id of lookup table on which this operation was performed.
  - `lookupName` string, required: Name of lookup table on which this operation was performed.
  - `lookupContentPath` string, required: Content path of lookup table on which this operation was performed.
  - `requestType` string: Type of asynchronous request made: - `BulkMerge` - `BulkReplace` - `Truncate`
  - `userId` string, required: User id of user who initiated this operation.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required: Creation time of this job in UTC.
  - `modifiedAt` string, date-time, required: Timestamp in UTC when status was last updated.
