# Get posting capabilities

`GET /posts/capabilities`

  - HTTP bearer

What to read before building a post: which targets are connected, the TikTok creator's allowed privacy levels and video limit (live from TikTok, with a safe fallback), the post types, and the plan's monthly post cap and storage cap with current usage. Requires the `read` scope.
