# Get encounter section structured data

`GET /api/v1/ambient/encounter/{encounter_id}/structured-data/section-structured-data`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://sdp.suki.ai`
- URL: `https://sdp.suki.ai/api/v1/ambient/encounter/{encounter_id}/structured-data/section-structured-data`
- Auth: API key in header `sdp_suki_token`

Returns Embedded Form results from the latest completed ambient session for the encounter, grouped by section LOINC. Results from earlier sessions on the same encounter are not merged in.

Request succeeded.

- ControllersEncounterSectionStructuredDataResponse: Response body for the /encounter/{encounter_id}/structured-data/section-structured-data endpoint
  - `section_structured_values` ControllersSectionStructuredData[]: Embedded Form results from the latest completed ambient session for the encounter, grouped by section LOINC.
    - `loinc_code` string: LOINC code of the note section you seeded.
    - `forms` ControllersSectionStructuredDataForm[]: One entry for each Embedded Form template filled on this section.
      - `template_id` string: The `template_id` you sent on the seed request.
      - `values` ControllersSectionStructuredDataValue[]: Filled values for the template fields.
        - `id` string: The field `id` you sent, if any.
        - `key` string: The field `key` you sent.
        - `value` string: The filled value. A string for `text` and `radio`, a list of strings for `multi_select`, or `null` when the visit did not support a value.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request. The request body or parameters failed validation.
- `401`: Unauthorized. The Suki access token is missing, expired, or invalid.
- `404`: Not found. The session, encounter, or resource ID does not exist.
- `500`: Internal server error.
