`POST /v1/accelerator`

  - `destination_ip` string, required: Destination IP, e.g. 1.2.3.4
  - `destination_port` integer, required: Destination port, e.g. 443
  - `subspace_port` integer: Optional per plan, Specify the Subspace-returned ingress port

A successful response.

## Other responses

- `201`: Accelerator created
- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Access token is missing or invalid

- `404`: Returned when the resource does not exist.
- `429`: Too many client requests
- `default`: An unexpected error response.
