  - `events` string[]
  - `headers` object: Associative header map. Keys use letters, numbers, or hyphens; reserved transport/authentication headers are rejected case-insensitively.
  - `name` string, required
  - `timeout` integer
  - `url` string, uri, required: Must use HTTPS and resolve to a public, non-reserved host; redirects and DNS resolution are revalidated server-side.
