# Set Thumbnail Board Text

`POST /api/v1/channels/{channel}/thumbnails/board/text`

## Request

Add or update an editable headline overlay. Text stays out of the generated image on purpose; place a new overlay with over_item_id to cover an image, or pass item_id to update an existing overlay.
