# Create Thumbnail Board Generation

`POST /api/v1/channels/{channel}/thumbnails/board/generations`

## Request

Spend 1 thumbnail credit per variation to render new thumbnails from a prompt plus selected reference item ids. Rendering is asynchronous; poll getThumbnailBoard until the returned items turn "ready".
