# Modify accomplishments

`POST /v1/communities/{communityId}/members/{memberId}/accomplishments`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Award or revoke an achievement (XP role) for a community member. Admin role required.

## Path parameters

- `communityId` string, required
- `memberId` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `operation` 'award' | 'revoke', required: award — grant the achievement; revoke — remove it
  - `achievement_id` integer, required: ID of the XP role / achievement to award or revoke

## Response `200`

Accomplishment updated

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request body
- `401`: Invalid or missing API key
- `403`: Forbidden — the key or user lacks permission for this resource or operation
- `404`: Member or achievement not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded — wait `retry_after` seconds before retrying. The same value appears in the `Retry-After` header.
