Get SMS Campaign Registration

Returns the organization's A2P 10DLC campaign registration, if one exists.

  - `privacy_policy_url` string, nullable, required: URL to the customer's privacy policy
  - `terms_and_conditions_url` string, nullable, required: URL to the customer's terms and conditions
  - `has_confirmed_consent` boolean, required: Whether the user has attested that consent was obtained from all recipients
  - `user_id` string, required: User who submitted the registration
