# Delete a Role

`DELETE /v2/roles/{role_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.stuut.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Deletes a custom role nobody holds, counting deactivated members. System
roles cannot be deleted, and a role with members must have them reassigned
first.
