# Search Available Phone Numbers

`GET /v2/phone-numbers/available`

## Request

Numbers Twilio has for sale in a country, excluding any that need a registered address.
`number_type` matters: GB and AU have no voice-capable local numbers but 30 mobile each, while
SE mobile numbers are SMS-only. A country that sells nothing of that type answers 422, and one
whose numbers all require an address returns an empty list. Nothing here is reserved.

Twilio caps this at 30 results and does not paginate, so exactly 30 means "narrow the search".

- `locality` string, nullable: City the number is rated to
- `near_number` string, nullable: E.164 number to search near. US and Canada only
- `region` string, nullable: State or province, e.g. PA. US and Canada only
