Create SSO Setup Ticket

Generate a self-service Auth0 SSO setup link the customer can use to
configure their own enterprise connection.

## Request body

- CreateSsoTicketRequest: Request body for generating a self-service SSO setup ticket.
  - `connection_name` string, required: Name for the enterprise SSO connection

## Response `201`

Successful Response

- SsoTicketSchema: A self-service Auth0 SSO setup link the customer can use to configure their connection.
  - `url` string, required: Auth0-hosted self-service setup URL
