Create a note attached to a partner, dispute, invoice, or credit memo.

## Request body

- CreateNoteRequest: Request body for creating a note.
  - `content` string, required
  - `partner` string, nullable: Partner ID.
  - `dispute` string, nullable: Dispute ID.
  - `invoice` string, nullable: Invoice ID.
  - `credit_memo` string, nullable: Credit memo ID.

- Note: A user-authored note attached to exactly one supported entity.
