Bulk Update Promised To Pay Date

Update the promised-to-pay date for multiple invoices at once.
Pass null for promised_to_pay_date to clear existing dates.

  - `promised_to_pay_date` string, date, nullable, required: New promised-to-pay date, or null to clear
