`GET /v2/invoices/{invoice_id}/pdf`

Download Invoice PDF

The invoice's ERP PDF when it has one, otherwise a PDF Stuut generates on demand, saved and
reused until something printed on it changes. Honors `If-None-Match` for 304 short-circuits.
