Successful Response

- CallSettings: Call execution settings for an organization.
  - `is_call_concurrency_enabled` boolean, required: Whether calls may run concurrently instead of sequentially.
  - `is_call_dedup_enabled` boolean, required: Whether duplicate calls to the same number on the same day are prevented.
