`PUT /v2/billing/budget`

## Request

Set or disable the spend budget.

## Request body

- UpdateBudgetRequest
  - `enabled` boolean, required: Turn the budget on or off.
  - `cap` union, required: Spend cap in dollars.
    - number
    - string, decimal
