# Bulk Mark Non Payment Endpoint

Bulk Mark Transactions as Non-Payments

Mark multiple bank transactions as non-payments (is_payment=False).
Deletes SUGGESTED unapproved payments before marking.

Each transaction is processed independently - failures for one transaction
do not affect other transactions.

## Request body

- BulkMarkNonPaymentRequest: Request schema for bulk marking bank transactions as non-payments.
  - `transaction_ids` string[], required: List of bank transaction IDs to mark as non-payments
  - `non_payment_reason` string, nullable: Optional reason for marking these transactions as non-payments

## Response `200`
