# Create a new chat session

`POST /v2/aether/chats`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.stuut.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.stuut.ai/v2/aether/chats`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Creates an empty Aether chat for the calling user and returns its session
ID. Send messages to it via `POST /v2/aether/chats/{chat_id}`.
