# Check backup status

`GET /api/stacks/{stackName}/backup`

Returns whether a deployment backup exists for this stack and when it was created.

## Path parameters

- `stackName` string, required

## Headers

- `x-node-id` integer

## Response `200`

Backup status.

- object
  - `exists` boolean, required
  - `timestamp` integer, nullable — Unix timestamp of the backup, or null if no backup exists.

## Other responses

- `401` — Authentication required. Provide a valid Bearer token.
- `500` — Internal server error.
