# Trigger image update check

`POST /api/image-updates/refresh`

Triggers a background check for newer image versions across all stacks.
Rate limited to one refresh per 10 minutes. Requires admin role.

## Response `200`

Refresh started.

## Other responses

- `401` — Authentication required. Provide a valid Bearer token.
- `429` — Rate limited — wait at least 10 minutes between refreshes.
- `500` — Internal server error.
