# Resend Standing Order OTP

`POST /resend-otp`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.sandbox.striga.com/api/v1/standing-orders`
- URL: `https://www.sandbox.striga.com/api/v1/standing-orders/resend-otp`
- Auth: API key in header `api-key` and API key in header `Authorization`

Resend an OTP to confirm a standing order.

## Request body

- StandingOrderResendOTPRequest
  - `userId` string, uuid, required: Unique ID of the user to resend the OTP for
  - `challengeId` string, uuid, required: The challenge ID returned in the create standing order response

## Response `201`

success

- StandingOrderResendOTPResponse
  - `challengeId` string, uuid, required: Unique challenge ID to be used when confirming the standing order via OTP
  - `dateExpires` string, date-time, required: Date at which this challenge ID expires. If this expires, please create a new standing order. Standing orders are not persisted in storage unless confirmed.
  - `attempts` integer, required: Number of attempts to resend an OTP used (5 attempts allowed)

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request. The request was unacceptable, often due to missing a required parameter.
- `401`: Invalid authentication header
- `500`: Unexpected server error.
