- JobItemRole: Role assignment on a job item, including planned time and rates.
  - `id` integer: Job item role ID
  - `jobItemId` integer: Job item ID
  - `roleId` integer: Role ID
  - `active` boolean: Is the role assignment active
  - `jobCurrencySellRate` number, float, nullable: Sell rate in job currency (per hour)
  - `totalPlannedMinutes` integer: Total planned minutes for this role
  - `jobCurrencyTotalPlannedTimeExTax` number, float, nullable: Total planned time ex tax (job currency) for this role
  - `jobCurrencyTotalPlannedTimeCostExTax` number, float, nullable: Total planned time cost ex tax
