`GET /zapier/tenant/usage`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://catalyst.stratogenic.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Returns current ingest usage, monthly cap, and remaining quota for the authenticated tenant.

Also surfaces the active plan and current dedupe/compliance modes.

Useful in Zapier actions that show the user their current usage or trigger upgrade workflows.
