# Zapier: Sample event payloads

`GET /zapier/samples/events`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://catalyst.stratogenic.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://catalyst.stratogenic.ai/zapier/samples/events`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Returns sample event payloads for Zapier trigger setup (performList fallback). Attempts to return real events from the tenant's ledger; falls back to typed synthetic samples.

## Response `200`

Always returns data — real ledger events plus typed synthetic fallbacks. Never 404.
