# Upsert custom compliance rules

## Request

Creates or updates tenant-specific compliance rules.

Custom rules extend or override baseline compliance behaviour and are evaluated during compliance scans.

Each rule is identified by a stable rule ID and may define patterns, rule type, and remediation guidance.
