# Create Stripe Checkout session for a PAYG bolt-on

`POST /billing/bolt-ons/checkout`

## Request

Creates a Stripe Checkout session URL for a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) bolt-on purchase.

Auth:
- Requires X-API-Key for the tenant.

Behaviour:
- Resolves the tenant from entitlements.
- Ensures the tenant has a Stripe customer (creates one if missing).
- Creates a one-time payment Checkout session for the requested bolt-on.

Inputs:
- bolt_key: The bolt-on identifier (must exist in the configured bolt-on price map).
- quantity: Number of units (clamped to 1–100).

Response:
- checkout_url: A Stripe-hosted Checkout URL the caller can redirect the user to.

- `quantity` integer
