# Promote learned rules to an industry pack candidate set

`POST /api/learning/promote`

## Request

Promotes high-confidence learned tenant rules into an industry promotion candidate set.

Promotion criteria are configurable via query parameters, including minimum confidence and minimum correction count. Some rule types require multi-tenant confirmation.

If rules are promoted, emits a rule.promotion event for automation workflows.

Note: This promotes candidates for shared use; it does not automatically overwrite other tenants.
