Get a wallet's native balance and the ERC-20 tokens it most recently sent or received, on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism or Polygon.

## Query parameters

- `address` string, required: Wallet address (0x...)
- `chain_id` string: Chain ID: 1 (Ethereum), 8453 (Base), 42161 (Arbitrum One), 10 (OP Mainnet) or 137 (Polygon PoS). Default: 1
