`GET /x402/v2/swift-validate`

Validate a SWIFT/BIC code. Checks format, length, and country code. Extracts bank code, location, and branch. Pure algorithmic — instant and cheap.

- `swift` string, required: SWIFT/BIC code (e.g. DABASESX)
