Take a full-page or viewport screenshot of any URL. Handles cookie banners, lazy loading, SPAs. Returns base64 PNG.

## Query parameters

- `url` string, required: URL to screenshot
- `wait_for` string: CSS selector or seconds to wait
- `full_page` boolean: Full page vs viewport (default: true)
- `viewport_width` integer
- `viewport_height` integer
