Search job listings from national public employment services — Sweden (Arbetsförmedlingen), France (France Travail), US federal jobs (USAJOBS). Returns title, company, location, salary, URL.

- `location` string
- `remote_only` boolean
- `country_code` string: se (Sweden, default), fr (France) or us (US federal jobs). For fr, location is a department number (75) or 5-digit INSEE commune code; for us, a place name such as "Denver, Colorado".
