`GET /x402/v2/insolvency-check`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.strale.io`
- URL: `https://api.strale.io/x402/v2/insolvency-check`
- Auth: none required

Check if a company has any insolvency, bankruptcy, or winding-up proceedings. Currently covers UK (via Companies House). Returns status and key dates.

## Query parameters

- `company_name` string, required: Company name
- `country_code` string, required: Country code (ISO 2-letter)
- `company_number` string: Company registration number if known (optional)

## Response `200`

Success

- object
  - `found` boolean: Present on the UK path when name/number resolution was attempted. `false` indicates the company could not be resolved.
  - `data_source` string, nullable
  - `proceedings` unknown
  - `supported_country` boolean
  - `has_insolvency_proceedings` boolean, nullable: Boolean on the success path (company resolved). Absent entirely on `found: false` and `supported_country: false` envelopes — discriminated runtime shape; check the discriminator before reading.

## Other responses

- `402`: Payment required (x402 — pay with USDC on Base)
