`GET /x402/v2/iban-to-bank`

## Request

Extract bank name and branch information from an IBAN. Returns bank name, BIC/SWIFT code, branch, and country. Pure algorithmic — uses bank code lookup tables.

- `iban` string, required: IBAN number to look up
