Get public holidays by country and year for the 200+ countries covered by Nager.Date. Returns holiday names, dates, types (public/bank/optional), and whether they are fixed or variable.

## Query parameters

- `year` integer: Year (default current year)
- `country_code` string, required: ISO 2-letter country code
