`POST /x402/v2/cz-company-data`

Look up Czech company data from ARES (Czech Ministry of Finance registry). Accepts IČO (8-digit identifier) or fuzzy company name via LLM name-resolution.

Excludes supervisory bodies (dozorčí rada — not in statutarniOrgany, not a legal representative). Filters out historic members (datumVymazu present) and ended memberships (zanikClenstvi present). Empty for entities not in the public commercial register (sole traders, associations, foreign branches).
