Search registered clinical trials on ClinicalTrials.gov: phase, recruitment status, conditions, interventions, enrollment, sponsor and dates. Filter by recruitment status.

## Request body

  - `limit` integer: Studies to return, 1-20. Default: 10
  - `query` string, required: Search terms — a condition, intervention, sponsor or free text
  - `status` string: Optional recruitment filter: recruiting, not_yet_recruiting, active_not_recruiting, completed, terminated, withdrawn, suspended
