Search 250M+ scholarly works via OpenAlex: title, DOI, authors, venue, citation count, open-access PDF link and abstract. Filter by year and open access.

## Request body

- object
  - `sort` string: relevance (default), cited (most cited first) or date (newest first)
  - `limit` integer: Results to return, 1-25. Default: 10
  - `query` string, required: Free-text search (title, abstract, full text). At least 2 characters.
  - `year_to` integer: Latest publication year (inclusive)
  - `year_from` integer: Earliest publication year (inclusive)
  - `open_access_only` boolean: Only return works with a free full-text copy
