# Get transaction detail

`GET /v1/transactions/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.strale.io`
- URL: `https://api.strale.io/v1/transactions/{id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - none

Returns transaction detail. Authenticated callers receive the full body (output, provenance, audit trail). Unauthenticated callers looking up a free-tier transaction by UUID receive a redacted envelope with `body_redacted: true` and the body fields (input/output/error/provenance/audit_trail) absent. See F-A-005.

## Other responses

- `404`: Transaction not found.
