        - `createdAt` string: Date and time when the RFI was created.
        - `status` string: Status of outstanding RFI.
        - `rfiQuestions` object[]
          - `id` integer: Unique question ID.
          - `question` string: RFI question.
          - `optional` boolean: `true` indicates an optional question, `false` indicates a mandatory question.
          - `replyType` string: Question type. Accepts `TEXT`, `DOC` and `CHECKBOX` only.
          - `questionStatus` string: This shows the status of the RFI question.
          - `requiresAction` boolean: `true` indicates a mandatory question, `false` indicated an optional question.
          - `checkboxOptions` string[]: Only applicable for checkbox question types. This shows the acceptable options.
      - `rfiProgressSummary` object
        - `expiryDate` string, date-time: This shows the date and time that the RFI will expire.
        - `daysUntilExpiry` integer: This shows the number of days left before the RFI expires.
        - `daysExpired` integer: This shows the number of days passed since the RFI expired.
        - `completionPercentage` integer: This shows the completion percentage of the RFI.
        - `totalQuestions` integer: This shows the total number of questions in the RFI.
        - `acceptedQuestions` integer: This shows the number of questions that are accepted.
        - `pendingQuestions` integer: This shows the number of questions that are still pending.
        - `rejectedQuestions` integer: This shows the number of questions that are rejected.
